Re: SEQ Trail thread
Will see closer to the day with the rain situation but seing as it is a walking trail there shouldn't be too much problem driving as I'm not waterproof (due to new battery) at all and can only handle light water.

Re: SEQ Trail thread
any more takers? i dont think the rains going anywhere in a hurry im keen, new rims are weighted with tyres on now and the electrics are silconed up in a glad container so should be right for any excessive moisture.
what time at simpson falls?

I'm keen to get out of this house. The rain has eased up here. Although I did drive past Underwood this arvo and it was a fast moving waterfall. New motor is in and its sounds wicked.

Re: SEQ Trail thread
Has been raining since late morning over at mt cootha today but only light rain. Went and checked the trail and it is muddy but drivable. The creek is up and should be some good photo ops near it. I am still keen tomorrow unless it starts pouring with rain. How does around 12pm sound for everyone and meet at the very end carpark?

Re: SEQ Trail thread
Yeah sound slike you guys had a great time. Lookd like I am out for a little while as I need new bearings and links which I will be ordering very soon. I might also try my hand at the ute conversion while waiting for parts.

Re: SEQ Trail thread
Yeh & go to a bearing shop cbc bearings or H.E.SUPPLIES in mansfield..........1/3 of the price.....hobby shops rip people with bearings. HE supplies also carry tube & booker rod & ends to make your own links/rods

Re: SEQ Trail thread
Yeah with scotty on that one. CBC or HE supplies are the best, your general LHS is a freaking massive rip off on bearings.
HE Supplies isnt open during the weekend thought, so you might need to order online from there off their website smallparts.com.au). Its usually next day delivery, pretty much as fast as going and picking them up if you order off the website.

Re: SEQ Trail thread
In all honesty I don't know the OD or ID at all but will measure them. All I know is 2x large, 2x 2nd large, 12x 2nd small and 8x small.
