social comp so who's keen for round 3 team events

Adam recons there are no trail spots up there.........only rock near the water, correct me if i'm wrong Adam.

There is an old quarry up here but its fairly spread out. there is 1 part that wouldnt be bad its a bit more rocky than the rest of the area. i will try get out there and get some pics. (atleast i can drive into this quarry)

other than that...yer...theres not much other than the beach rock and theres an ass load of that.

dont worry about needin a winch as winch vehicles only can use em
trucks that are not the nominated as the winch truck can not use it
during the comp forcing a team effort to get thru the stages

so far we have 4 nominated winch trucks that means 4 teams ,
with 6 vehicle were in need of 2 more to give us 4 teams of 3 vehicles


so come on get ya names in asap there will be a cut off date to have ya name on the list by

Dunno about the winch yet still rebuilding the truck

i should be there at this stage.. no winch on my truck.

I have to work basically 3 out of 4 weekends a month, so for me to be there i need to give boss plenty of notice, if a firm date can be set soon, I can make sure I'm there. 31 July is good for me i can arrange my roster. Anytime in August is good as roster not done yet.

im easy, whatever dates can get the most numbers suits me. that also gives me plenty of time to rebuild and strengthen my axles and do my diff gear change. might give the barwork paint a quick going over if im feeling generous. cmon winching

if i get my arse into gear and mount my new wmw spec winch then i will be in with a winch

depending on #'s you maybe non winch if we hit 20 it'll be 5 teams of 4 ,
or maybe 1 more & 6 teams of 3

just got confirmation from the rooster clerk that the 31st July is good and I'm definitely in, just hope my build is complete now.

I am just trying to get about 30m of cable to fit onto my winch. anyone know how ????

what the hell do you want 30m of winch cable for scotty????
even winching to the top of the hill climb wouldn take that much.
it would take half an hour to winch it out and again to winch it all back on ( if it fits without guiding it on )

i use about 2-3m and thats plenty.

I want to sit under the tent at the bottom, set up a snatch block at the top and do everything from my chair.

make all my team mates that don't have winches be my winch bitches !!!!
