QLD Floods
Just want to make sure all our forum members, families and friends are safe during this time. We are only small but we are close knit and if any needs a hand at the moment, don't hesitate to ask. If you have lost loved ones, my heart goes to you. I never thought I would see it in my lifetime and now you turn on the tv and there's nothing but devastation from the Lockyer Valley. Anything you need, give us a hoy......

Re: QLD Floods
I agree with that.
Big support goes out to those who have lost or may loose.
Its only going to get worse, this is '74 all over again. But with one key difference, we have alot more people in QLD now...
The effect are going to hang for a long time.
Edit: Pics from Goonda this morning:
this is the St Ives shopping Centre, Goodna Train station and Ipswich Motorway:

Re: QLD Floods
I spent a bit of time working in goodna on the recycled water pipeline project and I find it hard to fathom there being that much water there. Mainly because we used Goodna Produce for fencing supplies and it was a massive drop to the river from where they are positioned.
